The dynamism of the terrified couple is what makes it I think.
The way all the energy seems to be dragged WHUMPH into the corner where they're crapping themselves. It's great.

I'm not going to lie. I saw this album advertized in a Punk/Hardcore magazine and bought it entirely because of the artwork on the cover.
